- gentle stretch, guided meditation, and a blissful sound bath
- an evening to harness the energy of the full moon, while enjoying the sounds of the waves and a beautiful beach sunset.
- bring a towel to lay on, a blanket and/or small pillow for comfort, and dress warm - socks recommended (the body temperature drops during a sound bath)
